Increase the attractiveness of professions such as VET teachers, trainers, mentors and leaders, especially those working with disadvantaged learners. An existing Systematic Training pathway on Work 4.0 for VET providers working with disadvantaged learners and disadvantaged people.
We understand better that online-based learning can make a significant change to reach students from all over the world! Giving options to learn better always can offer the best outcomes!
Work 4.0, or working from home, is a concept that has been around for years, but the recent Covid-19 pandemic has brought it to the surface, showing how necessary and efficient it can be even in critical situations, proving that it can even be adapted to prevent pollution and work more efficiently after the pandemic..
Our project aims to develop a guide for the digital and practical tools needed in Work 4.0, a guide that can help both VET trainers and mentors to understand the concepts and to be able to share the knowledge with their disadvantaged students who will then be more socially, digitally and economically involved in an era of increasing digitalisation and social distancing.
The project will create a strong partnership of experts bringing their own concepts based on expertise and research and will assist in the development of a Smart Working e-book with best practices – an effective training pathway for VET trainers and an efficient way to enhance our goal of reaching the target.
The project will ultimately result in more disadvantaged learners becoming digitally and socially included by being trained in smart working topics and at the same time creating more employment opportunities and access to opportunities and jobs.
Partners from 3 countries: Italy, Austria and Germany will work together to achieve the expected results while ensuring that the project has long-term value in terms of its impact on the target groups.
